At the moment I have nominated for the BoD and have confirmation that the BoD is considering that application. If they consider it appropriate, they will move forward with this by accepting the nomination. I will let you know if the nomination has been accepted (to then go to a vote) when I know. It would be premature for me to post fully my vision going forward at this point.
I am prepared to say that where I am not receiving solid support is in my plan for a 1 for 10 share consolidation. I am in receipt of very reasoned and constructive critiques of this plan. I thank those who took the time to detail their concerns. I will address these fully and respectfully if my nomination is accepted.
