I'm biased seeing I bought in at 1.86 but I feel that 82.5c is not the positive outcome being sold to us by AM, given that a refinacing package for say 2 to 3 years would probably result in restoring at least 50% of the value lost in the last catastrophic 12 months.

One thing I'm sure of. Replace AM at earliest possible opportunity and the only way is up!
