was there ever a time in the pharma field when a small Aussie bio company ever beat a big pharma in a legal case? I can't think of any, but I could name several where the outcome was similar to Biota's - i.e. they got nothing effectively.....


bio's are a waste of time for small investors unless you can get the initial ramp up in sp, forget them....
