An daily injectable for mass-population prophylaxis is patently stupid. The logistics of administration are insurmountable. This is why a puffer is marketed though a tablet is the best.
Anybody with half a brain reading thses recent threads could only but conclude:
The board had conspired to put the share price up by encouraging the fiction of prospect for succesful litigation until the very last minute when it would have had to stump up real money for the play.
To allow a ( what resulted in) succesful capital raising to buy this sick puppy of a company some time. This actually predates Peter though he was happy to go along with the game.
By all means: this has been marked a spectaculer success by all accounts ( except for those poor mugs of shareholders who actully believed what they were told.)
Sadly, this company, like may others, once it floats and has done with its capital raisings, views shareholders as a nuisence best given the mushroom treatment.
Stick with CSL.
