As shareholders who are participating in this 70%+ dilution of existing holders cannot vote for or against the resolutions does this mean that the existing board and management and their associates cannot vote.
I guess Sinclair and his interests are happy to be diluted or have been able to participate.
Ditto for the existing board and management.
Egregious comes to mind if they are advantaged to the detriment of other shareholders
