So you are saying 100% of all Australian resources should be 100% Australian owned? We shouldn't import anything, or we should have punitive tariffs like the 45% car tariff in the 80s?
The return on anything (such as resources/mines) being sold to foreign sources stays here, in Australia. It can then be invested locally or elsewhere in the world. It's the global economy.
