This is an operational issue not a strategic issue.
Buffett said he would prefer to invest in an excellent business with average management than an average business with excellent management.
Why? because management can change.
Most of the time it's very difficult to buy into a good company with high barriers to entry and at a reasonable price.
That's why I was happy to grab an exposure to Crown as the market frets about these current issues: I managed to get in at a reasonable price.
