Not a concern to me, I respect TDM, but we have to remember that they are an early investor and are in multi-bagger territory now on TYR. This is a prime example of how to professionally offload -- not ad hoc on market but via a block trade to other institutional investors. There would have been plenty of institutional players wanting to get a stake at these prices, but wouldn't have been able to do it on market without forcing the price. I'm still a HOLD. I think we will hit $5.
