Talked to an agent today and he reckons there are
NO!!! developers buying. Only asked because of a hideous tax bill. :o(
I am fortunate that there are 2 rentals on it and the rents
give me 2500 a month. Market is dead NOW in Perth.

Car jackings, murders all over. We will have an influx of cashed up yanks (smart) that will stop the rot here. In the short term however my gold shares will pay the tax bill and with some luck, finance another bargain investment property.
In the short term it will get worse, however interest rates will continue to fall and save us very lucky ozzies.
Inshallah! She'll be right M8!! Screw the rest of them they aint chosen by god.
