1. Financially we are in good shape..
above is a small snippet of the quarterly clearly detailing the company's position and intentions.
$1,700,000m is the sort of money most companies are trying to raise we have it already in our bank account..

With an already completed drilling program awaiting results this amount of money will keep us going for a long time and also cover any future planned drilling.. don't forget we have just completed a 1.2 million dollar capital raise plus another half a million dollars in payments from separation from other projects..

2. I don't really understand your comment on the IPO in regards to DDD shares and dilution..

The Cosmo IPO is a stand alone and will have no effect on DDD shares, It requires NO funding from DDD. All liabilities and funding are taken from the IPO.. in fact DDD will receive funds from the transaction.
Also not only will there be no dilution of DDD shares in fact shareholders will gain equity within this new mining project..
