If said person with Covid - 19 sneezes or touches a LaserBond coated hand rail then hours after I touch the surface and there is no risk of infection that's much better than if said person with Covid-19 sneezes on a non coated hand rail and 300 people become infected over the course of three days I think that makes a lot of difference. Do the math on exponential spread.
