I think Mr. Eck is still the Director. Sarah is an alternative -

• "An alternate director is an individual who is appointed to attend a board meeting on behalf of the director of a company where the principal director would be otherwise unable to attend."
• I am just trying to get a bit more background. I think her company is All Terrain but I cant find her mentioned in their website. Can anyone help me out.
• Looks like we may have two strong willed women running the company.
