The challenge with BTH at its current market cap is being seen beyond the Oz market and more as a global player.
My guess is they are using the end of US financial year as a communications exercise to both keep, and perhaps encourage further investment from US investment houses.
Based on today's surge in price, it would seem to have hit the mark.
IMO I wouldn't be surprised that once they reach a certain scale they may look at a dual listing. Bit too early I think at this stage.
