I don't think it will matter too much who wins, it's not going to stop almost 100 million Americans in pain and it wont stop our drug's efficacy or it's magic...

If the whole country goes into lock down despite mass protests and riots, it will just cause our trials to be delayed perhaps, anyway there are three ways even that can be mitigated:

1) Multicentre approach, not relying on one state or one hospital or one centre, further spread over a few countries as well potentially
2) The nurse can come to you...this is a viable alternative rather than the patient having to go to the hospital for weekly injections/questionnaire/form filling
