Yep, agree with most of those points EL and Biggle.
Should also be noted that CVN have a preference for adding Thai assets, to help with the SRB.
I'm not sure what shape the overall gas and oil drilling industry currently is in Thailand, but I suspect CVN are holding out for something that will really add serious value for shareholders.
Bit of patience is required (as usual, sigh).
