The deferral makes sense to me. We have a general meeting in mid November to issue these convertible notes etc.
RFN also said that in order to buy loyyal they would issue more shares at higher levels to the 0.002 last raise.
If you assume they are successful in buying loyyal and need to raise more funds then this share issue can be approved at the AGM in say December or something.
no use having two meetings in November.
