Was in meetings for work so unfortunately couldn't dial in to see what was happening. Would have liked them to at least have released a presentation prior to meeting with proxies. 74.4% is really close. Wonder if they could squeeze up a few in meeting. Thorney would have voted if the no vote is 20%. I don't see Thorney's thesis though. You back the management to run the company in this case management want out so are they going to step in and run it... I just don't see them as such active managers/PE.
Also I reckon Iress would be back same deal with 50% acceptance. This would squeeze Thorney into a corner... But thats just my gut feeling. No support backing it.
