That's a good point: "Our bull case ...ironically becomes more likely the longer prices stay low." In other words, our chances of high commodity prices and share price growth are increasing with each day of bad news rather than decreasing.
The article mentions China and pollution. The major coastal cities are focusing on gas but the pollution-generating industries dependent on oil and coal aren't closing, they're just relocating to the less-populated west of the country. Out of sight, out of mind.
