"Assuming an offering price of $30.14 per ADS (representing the last reported sale price of the ADSs on
Nasdaq on October 16, 2020), we estimate that the net proceeds that we will receive from this offering will be
approximately $41.8 million, after deducting commissions payable to the underwriters, as well as estimated
expenses payable by us. We intend to use the net proceeds from the offering to continue development of the
Project, including a definitive feasibility study, testwork, permitting, further exploration drilling and ongoing land
consolidation, and for general corporate purposes"

After reading the prospectus, is this the agreed/rough price that the new shares will be issued at team?

Also, current cash balance post public offering, am calculating @ $60,657,088 USD$. Confirmed? I think this is veryyy health in the short-mid term. And also expecting OT ann regarding our by-product material before year-end. Great time for LT's.

And to add to the commentary, this is an excellent time/move by management to execute a cap raise, and it will most likely set a bottom support line for the mid-long term. Appetite for this stock is very high in the US, as exemplified by the shorters (always a great sign for long term)!
