    I'd guess he discovered it when he got offered discounted placement shares with free options
    But to be fair, I don't know he may have been holding before.
    I just noticed he only started tweeting about it shortly after his percentage win off the placement share price.
    Probably flipped and held the free options - all part of the game if you're in the club.
