    Next pre condition to satisfy is the Bank extension.
    In my opinion, if the Bank extension is granted, takeover bid is likely to be suceesful as I can't see how the Government will not issue a FIRB approval. Once and if the bank extension is granted, I see the OZL price is trading in the mid 70's.
