It is great to see professional management achieving a real turnaround here. The new CFO Geoff Greenberg is an excellent asset to the company and has a real handle on profitability, cash flow and achieving best possible commercial outcomes for all shareholders.

It's encouraging that the turnaround has been happening while the aged care sector growth is still severely curtailed, but hopefully will open up in 2nd half of financial year.

I am hopeful (bordering on confident!) this will only get better from here. Let's hope they can deliver a further improved result in this quarter. Further strengthening of the Board with a fully independant Chair would be a great advance too.
