Fundamentally what was Z1P getting out of Westpac investment, it seems not much, even Westpac's first integration went with APT - probably will have a negative SP impact (people will suspect WBC know something more than public know) - but really doesn't change the business fundamentally.
Also from a business perspective, wouldn't you think as WBC you would integrate with Z1P before selling out in hope of increasing the value of your investment - shows how stupid /short-sighted they are.
Finger's crossed an angel investor with a good name comes in and takes a nice chunk and gets a place on the board, how about twiggy???
