If I am wrong re: NOR getting revenues from Spark VM then I will gladly admit it.

Previously, there was a revenue share agreement. This has morphed into:
"Norwood receives a commission on each download of the Spark Voicemail app, above a minimum committed volume"

Maybe it will go above minimum committed volume... and maybe it will not. Do you know what the minimum committed volume is? If so, we can monitor the volumes and then know when it has been exceeded. And then you will be right. Until then...
