I spent days researching for the same information. Turned up nothing on WHO or this guy or the other guy that they keep speaking. what I did turn up is attached and also others located somewhere in the abyss of these threads.
certainly made for interesting reading and helped with my decision making process once I took a step back and looked at the ongoing pattern with this company.
