It is highly unlikely you will see a dividend; I am certainly not expecting one.
And that said, imo it would be a nagative for the company to offer dividends in such circumstances.
This is a good company which is certainly undervalued. It is undervalued due to the overall negative media around hedge fundd; nothing to do with the fundamentals of the company (just look at their performances).
I believe dividends will come back later in the year or early next year after finance situations are sorted.
