HCT don't seem to know if they are coming or going, they are not in the business of building bridges with other businesses, they are good at burning them. Stupid decision to terminate the SKN contract, why on earth would they terminate a customers contract, when they should be supportive of and encourage healthy competition. $600k contract may have not been fellfield, after all SKN had been in suspension for 5 months. there was time on the contract to fulfil the rest of the contract.
It was clear from onset that the HCT Path-Away would not hold the share price up, the market is looking for contracts, agreement's and sales. SKN and HCT end products are different, why would they be afraid of SKN performing, should either one be successful in securing major supply contracts then HCT would benefit either way. Then again maybe this was a good thing for SKN, should ASIC do the number on HCT and they don't survive the investigation, who knows that would affect HCT and its clients.
Disclaimer, I hold SKN sold out of HCT ages ago.
