You said "On price action the sell side is stacked right now 2X the bid side, someone is certainly playing games with the SP here IMO, not selling any here - buying more. However at 10:40AM volume is already 2X that of 19th (whole day) when it was reinstated and sold off a little.
I have been watching price action closely for a while now......today we have a "blocker" on the sell for 7M shares @ 2.3 cents.This has been happening for a while at each and every announcement .
Somebody wants to buy on the cheap and they are ACCUMULATING big time !! Nothing sinister but alarming. Now we got more drilling/results to come, don't be surprised if there is a "move" made on Mct for it's 51% holding.
