with guidance +23 to 31% up on LY the 1H would come in around EPS 11.0 (+25%) and at 50% payout that would give a dividend of 5.5c or 5.2% based on 1.05 current SP. seems market has limited faith in the upside potential of this. I also note that historically (past 10yrs) the stock trades at P/E 9.9 trailing so if we take the last quarter 5.2 and forecast 11.0 EPS that gives 15.2 or implied fair value of around 1.52 per share - thats around 50% more than now. if the P/E remains around 7 then this stock may remain around 1.00 to 1.10 for the next 6 months.
