Management responsible for the onslaught

This is my personal opinion that management has allowed the share price to be where it is, from the highest highs to mediocre levels despite of the good announcements and partnerships established. It seems that they do not value the shareholder's liker APT does, despite the recent sell-off of the management at APT int the last 2 years they still found institutional and sophisticated investors to purchase their shares like Tencent and despite the sell-off installed confidence in their shareholders by showing that world-renown companies believe in their services unlike zip, management has not installed any confidence and has not produced any positive momentum to raise the share price as APT did back in the day followed by multiple announcements to burn the shorters and to raise to the level where it is. This smells to me that management is either incompetent or they are sleeping with the shorters and do not give 2 fs for shareholders value.
