Sorry guys dont agree with any of you. If we dont recover a good proportion of the money whats the point to the exercise. The fact is that the legal action is a civil one that is dependent on establishing a breach of the disclosure laws and/or other irregularities. If CUO had the usual insurance to indemnify Directors re their actions it is the insurance company who would pay for our losses if their is a justifiable case for our class action. That is why we are taking the action to try and recover our money if it is viable to do do so. That viability will be determined by the legal advice we receive and the funding arrangements to be offered.

On the matter of Directors it will be a matter for ASIC should there be any findings that warrant action. If anyone wants further clarification on the issue suggest they contact Monkeybusiness by email. I reiterate we are endeavouring to recover our money from the companies insurers and also watching to ensure that the Administrator and receivers fulfill there legal obligations properly in relation to divestment of Coppercos assets etc.

    cheers
