Magus, you are correct that GRL could become a target because of its resources and potential value.
However - There is a very good reason as to why the company has a very small share registry, Its by design and the Loyalty Options play into that design as well. - When you look into the substantial holders you will notice they own 17.1% of the company. - The top 20 own 46.04% of the company, these are the stalwarts behind the board. - Then there is the top 102 shareholders owning 68.05% of the company, a very determined bunch.
I would suggest that a takeover/ hostile move on the company would have limited success as those with the holdings would stand together in a united blocking stake.
