I'd be keen to see the $20m deployed to acquiring 2/3 of the CXP stake in TSI, taking us to 75%. Either have CXP has a minority partner or even buy out the remaining 25% with scrip (or cornerstone fund investor). Key point though would be elimination of Jeff and the appointment of Mohnish as CEO. Gaz to be transition chairman with a view to building a proper board and then exiting stage right.

Let's see the EGM notice, but I am heavily disinclined to support a limited and directionless plan such as that mooted in today's announcement.
