Another way simpler and much more believable scenario is that LC and her team can see this getting super exciting so convert to heads early hoping to hold for longer than 12 months from now and cut the CGT in half? That's what I would do and that is probably what they were advised to do by their people who are probably smarter than all of us put together...just saying
