Fair enough but perhaps put your Corporate Lawyer hat on before you use words like "cronyism" without any proof. Re Greg Barrett appointment I would assume he will also take on the CFO role for CNB as he was CFO for Beadle Resources. If thats the case I feel his salary is not excessive considering his experience .
