Had an email from Marjan this morning who kindly wanted to further clarify those details. Really appreciate the communication from him - lovely chap! As follows:

- 11% churn. This is very aggressive turnover. This assumes that 11% of all subscribers will cease their subscription to the App in a year.
- 65,000 sales are the previous 12 month’s sales of devices in the month when we hit breakeven.
- 41,000 SaaS subscribers are the number we calculate will be on SaaS in the same month of beak even, less 11% over the selling horizon period and less the sales of devices in the month of break even as we have built in a lag time to signing up to SaaS
