Forgive the naiivety, but posts above refer to "tax sell downs". How does this sit with the tax department. I have an inkling of some rule that refers to the undertaking of a tranaction purely for the avoidance of tax as illegal. So therefore your supposed "tax sell downs" could not possibly be happening.
Any comments.
