I agree with this sentiment. I believe someone with an incredibly strong proven track record of international sales will be sought after now by Simms - think Charles Li but for the US?
Someone who has industry contacts, similar to Simms himself. You then have the "next generation of future leaders" as described in the announcement, while having 3 major top tier sales managers in Australia, China and America. Make sense with Zane Yoshida joining the US board?
We will have to wait and see. I agree with you in that I think more will be clear in a couple weeks time.
