Looks like the personal Kava market in Australia is desperate for any form of kava.

In Jan/Feb only 67kgs of Kava was intercepted by AFP, in July and August there has been 739 detections amounting to 2.2 TONNES.

For context for those who don't know - kava is legal import from pacific island countries at an amount of 4kg on personal carry, only when travelling back from the countries into Australia. Of course with COVID-19, this is no longer possible, so as seen above consumers are attempting to get it through the post, which is still classes as illegal importation and is being confiscated on mass.

I think this is going to show in this quarterly report, and is what we are seeing with online stores being sold out repeatedly via @Sweens weekly tracking.
