Just the plant itself will cost the bulk of the cap ex of circa AUD 1.1 billion. It's an inescapable cost.

In my opinion what's delaying the project is the satisfactory negotiation on return on ivestments (return on assets etc) for each concerned party. I'd like to think there is a mathemathical calculation for all this to ensure mutually beneficial returns for all parties. I think AUZ needs speacialist outside expertise to secure/marry the funding of the project with the right OFF taker(s). I bet there'll be more than one Offtaker, why? The project is just too big for one Offtaker (unless it is a huge enterprise).
