You appear to have made some "wild" assumptions, NOT based on any Factual evidence.

May I suggest that there is MORE than meets the eye with the "apparent" sell down of PRU stock.

* There is a BIG chance that CIG is selling its remaining interests. The Course Of Sales contains a similar pattern to the Last time that the CIG Broker sold "on market".

* You "may" be correct - re selling PRU to convert PRUO, but there are only 10 million PRUO to convert ( I own 200K+ ) I put an Equity Loan in Place, to convert mine (4.9%) and fashioned similarly to a Line Of Credit.

* Read the PERSEUS announcements and YOU will find that the "cash burn", as you put it, is well controlled and Planned. If you know more than the Market, I'd appreciate your sharing of such information.

* Who is this "new" Broker, to whom you refer?

Once the Options are converted and The "games" cease being played we will see the real PRU share price!
