I've seen this before with companies, it must be quite sole destroying for hard working employees at all levels when they find their hedging program has been poorly executed & the bottom line compromised! A company needs to take on board multiple projections, then decide how to hedge - if this was done, who would help them come to the hedging concensus that we are stuck with?
