The majority have been issued over the last year since the previous AGM and require formal approval. This includes the placements last November (almost 60m) and the two tranches to Joe Mutizwa. The new ones are to the board to replace the salary they postponed during Covid and the performance rights which we already know about.
The only other one that stands out to me is the payment to Stocks Digital for their PR. We saw the result of that when the Next Oil Rush article came out a few weeks back. At least they are escrowed.
