What is your definition of "closer"?? You have been on the same closer theory for months and months and months.
My opinion is that it is further and further away... Submitting application across the African continent and also around Tanzania is a big red flag that no one is keen.
BTW, it was all and everything junk bond and Europe not long ago... Now it is everything about Africa... The patten looks awfully the same..
