Sure, if it's only done once that's roughly almost 120m shares issued on top of the almost 475m shares outstanding bringing us closer to 600m shares. I would just hate to see it happen multiple times during progressive years inching closer to 1 billion outstanding shares. It just ends up diluting shareholder and SP value. I'm hoping for great farm out terms to lessen the need for future cap raises.
