Guys this is Big News. I know some think 'including me' that UBS may have played around with price but hey this is business. When you go to auction you dont pay premium for an item that you love, you downgrade it and buy it at a great price.
lets face it UBS loves the potential in Z1P, thats why they bought into it a bigger share. They were already vested in ZIP at 3.89% i last read.
ZIP value with such a big company partner will grow from now.
I will repeat what i previously stated this sale would have been weeks in the making. This is a Great Move by UBS and will add value to the board strategy. The fintech business is about building relationships and UBS will help with that globally.
looking forward to more great announcements in coming week.
I predict 10+ in few weeks if US get their house in order.
