I think the best solution is Hydrogen (made from gas)
OMG, so-called "green hydrogen". You must be so gullible if you fell for that ruse. Let's see, burn gas directly and there is about 30% loss. Convert gas to hydrogen, then burn the hydrogen, we get 1 - (0.7 * 0.7) = 49% loss. Gee, hydrogen from gas is just so so environmentally friendly, NOT! Clearly a climate-change denier here like the current PM who will do absolutely anything to continue the burning of coal and gas, including promoting the joke that is "green hydrogen" from fossil fuels.
Carbon capture? Yet another ruse. Has been an abject failure to date, won't succeed for a 100 years, and by then it will be too late.
