DSO wont be confirmed until all drilling is completed and results received. AD has stated that this would be sometime in the 2nd quarter of 2009. From here they can progress to BFS stage sometim in 3rd quarter. These are the two events in my opinion that would most likely cause a re-rating.
I'd be just as happy if DSO was announced earlier but I just don't think it will be until all options have been evaluated in depth (as it should).
