MIGGSTER achieves 4 million pre-registrations milestone, page-111

I’ve been doing further research into Emerge and TIM (aka Crowd 1) this morning. These are my thoughts/conclusions/questions so far. There is not much on line that is favourable about Crowd 1 and there is divided opinion about whether they are a pyramid scheme or an affiliate member scheme. I would probably agree with the latter given the description of how membership works. They report to currently have 10 million members of whom approximately 4 million probably make up the preregistration numbers for Miggster. I would like to know who is managing or in control of the pre registrations and what process is in place to convert pre registrants? Google for example send pre registrants a ‘push notification’ when registrations open. Having a step like this in place ensures Miggster stays on pre registrants radars. I am also hoping that Emerge will receive payments and then cash flow TIM and not the other way around. It would de risk The Crowd 1 partnership a little more, and I would have even more conviction in my investment. The potential profit calculations are great but we need to remember that as per the agreement

”Net Revenue under the agreement is determined as gross subscriptions received less direct taxesand other directly attributable platform costs”

...and we don’t yet know what the taxes and platform costs may be. What we do know is that on rough figures emerge need just under 5000 registrations to cover the $500000 UD dollars in prize money. This sounds achievable.

In a nutshell, the volume of preregistrations is very impressive indeed and easy to achieve given the Crowd 1 business model and volume of members. Does anyone know what strategy is in place to transition pre registrants to subscribers? From my perspective the guaranteed 100000 subscribers is achievable as it is 2.5% if we work on the 4million pre registrations. In the end if the product is good, entertaining and addictive it will eventually sell itself. This is when the journey to wealth becomes more certain for long term and current holders. DYOR.
