I highly, highly recommend that anyone interested in investing significant $ long-term contact director Louie Simens (he is based in Australia) and asking him about the project. His knowledge of peers is incredible and the enthusiasm plus the work he puts in is impressive indeed. Before you do so, please, please, please build your knowledge by reading technical reports for the following projects:

    Fort Knox:

    Victoria Gold:

    Castle Mountain:

The reason I say that is you will build your knowledge and understanding and be able to have a more meaningful discussion.

In terms of good examples, I guess Victoria Gold above. You can go through their history by going back through news releases on their website

Start at 2010 and work forward: https://vgcx.com/news/ as you will get a better perspective for how their story unfolded.

Likewise the same for Gold Road Resources. Easiest to do that here but start from 2014 and work forward, reading announcements as you go. You can save time by just reading the presentations and the quarterly reports, but make sure you look out for the Scoping and Feasibility Studies.

Now have a look at the history of GOR's transition and growth from developer to producer ... in a gold bear market. An incredible outcome. Just shows what determined management can achieve.

This for a project where Gold Road only have 150,000 ounces share of annual production. GOR's growth from this point has been slowed as they are having trouble identifying resources similar to Gruyere.

Nova have the luxury of a big district scale asset with lots of very promising bulk-mineralisation prospects, elsewhere on their property ... so long term growth will I think be easier for Nova. The Korbel area alone could be 10 to 15 Moz comfortably. Other areas could be just as big. Nova's exploration won't be hindered by surface cover and sand ( which complicates exploration in many parts of Australia ). Nova can do their prospecting directly on the bedrock.

Also ..... have a look at what naysayers were saying about GOR in 2014

Some of these comments did not age well:

On funding, Gold Road ultimately chose a JV due to bear market conditions.

Victoria Gold were successful in independently financing / developing their project.
